Integr8 Fit Functional & Crossfit Training

Integr8 is by far one of the best places I have trained. The coaches are incredibly skilled and have supported me in managing a host of injuries following years of Crossfit. The diversity of classes offered has facilitated me reaching goals I have never before been able to reach. The community and friendships at Integr8 are testament to the great facility Rowan and Hannah have developed - their knowledge and experience means we train smart and hard and have a lot of fun while we do it. Definitely worth coming along and trying out a few classes and get a feel for this awesome facility.
